CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at 5 p.m.  Board members in attendance included Darlene Hendrickson, Mary Barthel, Judy Sorenson, Donna Benson, Jody Crowe and Jill Evans.   Others in attendance were Lilah Crowe and Gina Hill.  Absent: Randy Cousins, Ray Gildow, Nancy Cross, and Lee Seipp.  Guests included Dave Hutton, landowner of NP Center.    Mary Barthel offered to take minutes for Randy.

LOCATION & SITE

We met with Dave Hutton, current site owner, about the possibilities of staying at the current site.  He is working on being able to sell portions of the building in the future.  A long term lease could be negotiated for approximately $15,000 per year.  But the loading dock area (our stage) would still need to be dismantled each year.  Dave also has about 7 acres of the land to the East, which if purchased could be built on permanently.  His opening offer was at $2 per square foot.

SUMMER SHOW

Board approved paying the neighbor Dave Wassel, $50 for electric.

Treasurer’s report:  Judy reported that there is $1,165 outstanding on the credit card.  There is about $700 for the Dispatch advertising due but this may be a donation.  Because the show was not completed at the time of the report, Judy said she would finalize the finances after the last show and submit a written report after.
