Present: Lilah Crowe, Mary Barthel, Darlene Hendrickson, Judy Sorenson, Jill Evans, Danielle Patrick, Peter Herzog and Jody Allen Crowe by phone.

Absent: Ray Gildow, Rod Skorich, Donna Benson, Randy Cousins, and Nancy Cross

Treasurer’s Report – Judy

o - $800 bill from radio station received dated 7/31/06.

Producer’s Report – Jody called

o Sue and Jim are acting as our attorneys. Ask to check on status of land with railroad

o Jody back mid-October or Thanksgiving

Applebees Pancake Feed Fundraiser – Jill

This would be a Saturday morning. Jill reported we would need workers as wait staff, hostesses and dishwashers.

Gina wants us to wear costumes and will coordinate this.

It was decided to try and do a fundraiser in early December to take advantage of Christmas shoppers. Jill will sign us up and let us know the date.

Next Meeting: Sunday, Oct. 8, 2006 at Crowe’s on Mill Ave.

Danielle said she would make the main dish.
